Poulet Chinois


  • 2-3 skinless/boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 medium onion cut into large chunks
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Cut up chicken into small pieces
  2. Add the garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt and pepper to a small bowl and mix
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or fry pan
  4. Add chicken and let cook until half-way done
  5. Add the chopped onion to the pan and cook for 5-10 minutes
  6. Add the sugar to the pan
  7. Cook until done
  8. Serve with rice
